Since 1997, (CENTURY 21) Bahia Realty (Former, Century 21 Giovanna) Has (and) followed the international policies and systems; operating from Puerto Vallarta, serving all of the Bahia de Banderas areas and surrounding areas as far north as (all the way down to) Rincon de Guayabitos Nayarit (to the North side); and as far south as Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, (to the South side). Right from the beginning, our goal has been (it has been our goal) to provide a high (first) level of service and safety in every and each operation.

Our (counseling) team is formed by (all) bilingual agents, fluently in Spanish, English and French, and (trained agents) all agents have been trained with (through a) recommended programs sanctioned by AMPI, Century 21, etc. ( for the best results). Our agents were carefully chosen for their ability (capability) to provide the best of them (self’s), (and service qualities).
